A typical deployment takes 2-4 weeks including configuration, data migration (if applicable), and initial training. Simple deployments can be completed in as little as one week.

AccessPoint requires Microsoft 365 E3 or higher licenses for users who will manage requests. Custodians and contributors who only respond to tasks can use lower-tier licenses.

No. AccessPoint stores all data within your existing Microsoft 365 environment using SharePoint Online. This means no additional database infrastructure or costs.

AccessPoint comes pre-configured for Canadian ATIP (federal and provincial), US FOIA, EU GDPR, UK FOI, and Australian FOI. Custom jurisdiction configurations are available through our consulting services.
