Complaints Report
The Complaints report turns your complaint and appeal records into oversight statistics — how many you received, how many you closed, what is overdue, and how cases break down across the dimensions that matter for annual reporting.

What This Report Shows
For the period selected at the top of the panel, the report covers:
- Headline counts — complaints and appeals received, closed, and overdue in the period, open recommendations still being worked, plus any binding orders issued.
- Monthly trend — complaint volume over time so you can see whether cases are rising or falling.
- Aging — how long open cases have been outstanding, to surface the ones drifting past their statutory clock.
- Breakdowns — complaint volume split by kind, type, authority (the regulator or oversight body), origin, and disposition (how each closed case was resolved), plus findings by allegation — how open allegations were determined, with a pending bucket for those not yet decided.
